You will have the opportunity to correct your personal contact and any other information. You may also remove your name from our mailing list.

EOD Capital is a Registered Investment Advisory Firm located in Belleville, Illinois. EOD Capital serves the needs of individuals with wealth building strategies.

EOD Capital receives information about our Clients an Prospects from three primary sources.

1) Information on applications or by other forms.

2) Information received by us orally or by E-mail.

3) Information from transactions with us or others.

Above all, EOD Capital is committed to protecting your privacy and your non-public personal information from leaving our control. We will not sell nor market your personal information. We will maintain security physically, as well as electronically, to protect and guard your personal contact information or any other information. EOD Capital employees are held to strict standards of conduct regarding confidentiality. Access to our Clients information is given to those on a need to know basis only.

EOD Capital will not disclose any personal information about our Clients or former Clients without the Client’s authorization, except required by law. EOD Capital may disclose the information we collect to employees, affiliates, and third parties required by law. Third parties are inclusive of law enforcement agencies, government and regulatory authorities, and professionals such as our legal counsel and auditors, and may disclose information for reasons such as audits, prevention of fraud or money laundering, protection of confidentiality, law compliance, and to provide you with the products and services agreed upon by you.

Third parties may also include service providers performing financial services for us as custodians of Clients accounts or non-financial services such as third party computer related or data maintenance, marketing or other services for EOD Capital. EOD Capital will require all third party service providers that will receive information to sign a strict confidentiality agreement agreeing to protect such information and use it only for the limited purpose it was provided.

3. POLICY UPDATES

As required, EOD Capital will make changes to our “PRIVACY POLICY”. An updated “PRIVACY POLICY” will be posted on our website as soon as changes have been made. You should periodically check the “PRIVACY POLICY” link at the bottom of the page.

4. E-MAIL AND MAILING LIST

EOD Capital will send mail and E-mail updates to current, former and prospective Clients. In order to receive updates, an individual would have had to previously requested information.
